Kinnaur Spiti tour package : Chandigarh – Shimla – Sarahan – Sangla – Chitkul – Batseri – Nako – Kaza – Ki & Kibber – Keylong – Manali : 12 days
Day 01 Chandigarh – Shimla (125 km/ approx. 5 hours)
Begin your Kinnaur Spiti tour package by arriving at Chandigarh airport and drive to Shimla. On arrival in Shimla, check into hotel.
Spend rest of the day relaxing at the hotel or if you have some time, spend walking around the mall road.
Night in Shimla
Day 02 Shimla – Sarahan (174 km/ approx.6 hours)
After breakfast, set for the departure towards Sarahan which is a scenic drive. En route stop at Kufri, Fagu and Narkanda popular for their scenic beauties. On arrival in Sarahan, check into hotel. Sarahan is a nature lover’s paradise surrounded by apple orchards, pine tress and deodars. From here, you can witness the Shrikhand Mahadev Peak (5155 mts).

Day 03 Sarahan – Sangla (90 Kms / approx. 04 hours)
Early morning, visit the holy temple of Goddess Bhimakali. It is a wonderful temple, mixture of Hindu and Buddhist architecture, scared to both the communities. After the visit, drive to Sangla, which is supposed to be the most beautiful valley of Himachal Pradesh. All around snow peaks and forest surrounding are picturesque . On arrival, check into hotel.

Day 04 Visit to Chitkul and Batseri
Morning after breakfast, set for the visit of the Kamru Fort and Kamakhya devi temple. Then, proceed towards an excursion to Chitkul village which taxes approx 3 hours. It is a small village located close to Indo-China boarder. A Charming village has believer of both Hinduism and Buddhism. The village has traditional houses, temples, Gompas and river Baspa is the main source of water for this village. On the way back, stop at Batseri village which another charming village and visit badri Narayan temple. Then proceed for a walk on the glacier, and then return back to the hotel in Sangla.

Day 05 Sangla – Nako (130 km/approx.5 hours)
Morning after breakfast, drive toward Nako which is a remote village and you will fall in love with its untouched natural beauty. A great picturesque village surrounded by snow capped mountains attracting nature lovers and the photographers. There is a beautiful lake surrounded by 4 caves and 4 temples which get frozen during the month of December and January and the villagers play ice hockey during this period. Upon arrival, check into hotel. Later spend the time visiting the temple of Guru Padamsambhava, the second incarnation of Lord Buddha. Inside the Temple is the idol of Guru Padamsambhava and his footprints can be seen on the rock. Also, visit Nako monastery, founded in the 11th century by an renowned ancient translator.

Day 06 Nako – Gue – Kaza (110 Kms/approx. 4 hours)
Morning after breakfast set for another serene and tranquil destination in Spiti Valley. Kaza is a dreamy destination surrounded by snow capped mountains, bubbling river and picturesque landscape. En route stop at Gue village, which has a 550 year old mummy in a sitting posture of a meditating lama. Then continue drive towards Tabo Monastery, built about 1000 years ago. Within Spiti valley, it is the biggest royal complex shelters 23 chortens and 9 temples. After the visit continue towards Kaza. On arrival, check into hotel.

Day 07 Excursion to Ki & Kibber
After breakfast, depart for an excursion to Ki monastery. Also known as Kye Gompa or Ki and Kee Monastery, located on a picturesque hilltop at an altitude of 4,155 meters, is a stunning Tibetan Buddhist Monastery.
Then continue towards scenic Kibber village, the highest motorable village in the world, located at a height of 4205 mts, , surrounded by barren landscape and green meadows.
After lunch, a drive to Langza – and en-route visit the Komik and Hikim villages.
After the visit, return back to Kaza.

Day 08 Kaza – Keylong (190 Kms/ approx. 10-11 hours)
Today is a long drive over the majestic Kunzum La pass. Kaza to Chhota Dadarpul (3960 mts) is a tough drive, but the different landscape makes your journey really adventurous.

Day 09 Keylong –Trilokinath – Udaipur – Keylong
After breakfast, drive to the village of Gondla at an elevation of 3,160 mts, situated right on the bank of the beautiful Chandra River. The village is famous for its picturesque landscape and the royal houses. Then continue drive towards Trilokinath, famous for its Temple, sacred to both Hindus & Buddhists. Then continue drive towards Udaipur, home to the ancient Markula Devi Temple, famous for its amazing architecture and wooden carving. The temple attract both Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims. After the visit, drive back to Keylong, and spend the time at leisure.

Day 10 Keylong – Manali (115 Kms/approx. 06 hours)
Morning after early breakfast , depart for Manali en route visiting Kardang Monastery, Shasur Gompa, and Guru Ghantal Monastery, located in the surroundings of Keylong and then continue drive towards Manali. It is a scenic drive and you will enjoy taking several pictures on the way. Arrive Manali and check into hotel.
Overnight in Manali
Day 11 Manali – Chandigarh (315 Kms / approx. 9 hours)
Morning after breakfast, depart for Chandigarh. On arrival in Chandigarh, check into hotel. Spend the time at leisure and walking around the markets of Chandigarh.
Night in Chandigarh
Day 12 Depart Chandigarh
Morning after breakfast, transfer to Chandigarh airport in time to board flight for back home.
