By accessing and using the website, you accept these terms and conditions unconditionally. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your agreement to the revised terms.

At  Amazing Destination Travel and Services LLP, we strive to provide a safe and secure space for you to explore and book memorable travel experiences. The products and services displayed on the website constitute an “invitation to offer,” and your booking request will be considered as your “offer,” subject to the terms and conditions below.

1. Eligibility to use our website

The website is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under Indian laws. If you are considered “incompetent to contract” as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including minors or individuals of unsound mind, you are not eligible to use the website. If it comes to our attention that you are under 18 or otherwise legally ineligible,  Amazing Destination Travel and Services LLP reserves the right to terminate our contract. 

2. Electronic communications

By using the website or communicating with us via email or other electronic means, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may contact you with updates, confirmations, or inquiries related to your bookings, as well as marketing communications if you have opted in.

3. Reviews, feedback, and submissions

Any reviews, feedback, comments, suggestions, or other materials disclosed, submitted, or shared with Amazing Holidays in India (collectively referred to as “Comments”) will become the sole property of  Amazing Destination Travel and Services LLP By submitting comments, you assign all intellectual property rights to  Amazing Destination Travel and Services LLP, including the rights to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the comments in any manner.

You agree that your comments will not:

• Violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
• Contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, or obscene content.
• Include software viruses, political campaigning, or unsolicited commercial content.

 Amazing Destination Travel and Services LLP reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove comments but is not obligated to do so. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree to indemnify  Amazing Destination Travel and Services LLP from any claims arising from your comments.

4. Accuracy of information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our travel services and packages, errors may occur. If a service or package is listed with incorrect details or pricing due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel any affected bookings before confirmation.

5. Booking & payment policy

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from  Amazing Destination Travel and Services LLP. Payments must be made according to the specified terms at the time of booking. Any delay in payment may result in cancellation or alteration of your booking. 

Once you share your travel ideas with us, we’ll email you a personalized itinerary along with an initial quote. This quote is just a starting point, and we encourage you to request adjustments to tailor your ideal trip. From accommodations to destinations and sightseeing, every detail is customizable. On average, we spend about a month refining itineraries, exchanging approximately 20 emails, and discussing options over the phone to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your preferences.

If the quote differs from your expectations, don’t worry. Accommodation often impacts costs significantly, and we’re happy to suggest alternatives that fit your budget and preferences. The initial quote is a ballpark figure, and as we learn more about your tastes, we’ll refine it further.

While some might consider self-planning to reduce costs, we encourage you to consider the value of our expert services. From seamless arrangements to saving you hidden costs during your stay, our tours include accommodation, sightseeing guides, entrance fees, transport, breakfasts, and more. Please compare like-for-like when considering other agencies, as lower-cost options may compromise quality.

Once you’re happy with your customized trip, we’ll guide you through the reservation process:

• Travel Information: We may request a copy of your passport for internal flights, train tickets, or safaris, along with room preferences (e.g., double or twin, smoking or non-smoking).
• Payments: An initial deposit of 15% plus internal flight costs is required, payable via card or wire transfer [link to payment page]. The second installment (50% of the trip) is due 35 days before arrival, and the final payment is upon arrival in India. For peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Pushkar Fair), hotel payment policies may differ, and we’ll inform you accordingly.

Once we receive your deposit and passport details, we’ll send a booking confirmation and hotel status. If a proposed hotel is unavailable, we’ll book a suitable alternative and adjust the cost if needed.

In the weeks leading to your trip, we’re here to answer any questions. A week before your arrival, we’ll email a soft copy of your tour documents, including hotel vouchers, itinerary, and e-tickets. Upon arrival in India, we’ll provide a printed copy of these documents in a complimentary gift bag. You’ll also receive a local phone with Rs. 100 credit for easy communication during your stay.

Throughout your journey, we’ll check in regularly to ensure everything is going smoothly. If you need assistance, we’re just a phone call away. With Amazing Holidays in India, your travel experience is stress-free, personalized, and unforgettable. 

6. Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific policies outlined for each package or service at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within the time frame specified, and administrative charges may apply.

Cancellation fees are calculated upon receipt of the written cancellation and count from that date and are made up as follows:

1) 30 days before arrival date: No cancellation charges except the cancellation charges on the flights (as per airlines policy) or on any non-refundable services like jeep safaris into the National Parks in India.

2) 15 days before arrival date : 50% of the travel price will be retained

3) 14-7 days before arrival at the resort: 70% of the travel price will be retained

4) Less than 7 days before arrival or without giving notice: 100% of the travel price will be forfeited

After the trip has started, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours. We will also not be liable for any additional cost incurred due to flight delays or cancellation, train delays or cancellation, fog, strikes etc.

7. Alternation of itinerary

You are free to modify and make as many changes as you wish until you are fully satisfied. However we have the right to charge the supplement or offer a reduction in the proposal if any is incurred due to modification made in the plan.

In case of any flight / train delay and cancellation or any happening beyond our control, we reserve the right to find a suitable solution and modify the itinerary with the minimum applicable cost and that will be borne by you.

8. Complaints and claims

We try our level best to give quality services to our clients, however just by chance if you are not happy with any of the services, then please notify us immediately and enable us to take quick action to rectify it to avoid the same problem happening again during the next stage of the trip.

9. Check-in/Check-out time at the hotels

The standard check in/check out time at the hotel is 12h (noon). However in case of early check-in or late check-out, we can only request the hotel but the same will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 

For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, it will be charged additional and we will negotiate whatever best could be negotiated from the hotel. 

Please note some high-end hotels like Oberois and Taj and other 5* hotels, they have standard check in time is 15h and check out time is 12h (noon).

10. Passport and Visas

You are required to ensure that all your travel documentation, passport and VISA are in order and valid for your travel.

11. Liability Disclaimer

While  Amazing Destination Travel and Services LLP endeavors to provide a seamless travel experience, we are not liable for disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to the use of this Site or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
