Lahaul Spiti Tour package : Manali – Keylong – Kaza – Ki & Kibber – Tabo – Manali : 08 days
Day 1 Arrive Manali
Meet on arrival at Bhuntar airport and drive towards Manali which is approx 55 kms. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Rest some time at the hotel and then set for the half day sightseeing tour of Manali covering Hadimba temple, Manu temple and Tibetan Monastery. In your Lahaul Spiti tour package, you would explore hidden gems of Himachal Pradesh.
Overnight in Manali
Day 2 Manali – Keylong (115 Kms/ approx.6 hours)
Morning after breakfast, drive towards Keylong over Rohtang Pass (3980m). Enroute you will be experiencing amazing views and crossing Lahaul villages like Khoksar, Sissu and Gondla. On arrival in Keylong, check into hotel. Later proceed to visit Kardang Monastery, which is the most important monastery of Lahaul Valley. Facing the town of Keylong, the monastery is located at an altitude of 3,500 m on the left bank of Bhaga river. After the visit, walk around the village of Kardang, once the captial of Lahaul.

Day 3 Keylong
After breakfast, drive to the village of Gondla at an elevation of 3,160 mts, situated right on the bank of the beautiful Chandra River. The village is famous for its picturesque landscape and the royal houses. Then continue drive towards Trilokinath, famous for its Temple, sacred to both Hindus & Buddhists. Then continue drive towards Udaipur, home to the ancient Markula Devi Temple, famous for its amazing architecture and wooden carving. The temple attract both Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims. After the visit, drive back to Keylong, and spend the time at leisure.
Night at Keylong
Day 4 Keylong – Kaza (185 kms / 10 -11 hours)
Morning after breakfast, drive over the majestic Kunzum La pass. It is a tough drive, but the different landscape makes your journey really adventurous. En route you will be visiting charming vilages of Lahaul like Losar, Hal and Rangrik. Upon arrival, check into a hotel /guest house.
Night in Kaza
Day 5 Excursion to Ki & Kibber
After breakfast, depart for an excursion to Ki monastery (15 kms). Also known as Kye Gompa or Ki and Kee Monastery, located on a picturesque hilltop at an altitude of 4,155 meters, is a stunning Tibetan Buddhist Monastery.
Then continue towards scenic Kibber village (7 kms from Ki), the highest motorable village in the world, located at a height of 4205 mts, surrounded by barren landscape and green meadows.
After lunch, a drive to Langza (30 Kms towards Kaza)– and en-route visit the Komik and Hikam villages.
After the visit, return back to Kaza.
Overnight at Kaza
Day 6 Kaza – Tabo – Kaza (48 kms one way)
Morning after breakfast, set for an excursion to visit the Ajanta of the Himalayas, The Tabo Monastery. The monastery is one of the oldest Buddhist pilgrimage centres in Trans – Himalayas region and held a second high respect importance after the one in Tibet. Founded in 996 AD and spread over an area of 6300 sq mrt, the monastery comprises of nine temples and 23 chortens. Above the monastery you would see the caves and cliff like structures used by the monks for the meditation.
Later drive back to Kaza enroute visiting Dhankar Monastery. Overlooking the valley, located at a height of 3900 feet, is another finest monastery in Spiti valley. Dhankar which means fort in the local language, is the monastery which was part of the Fort. Not more 20 people are allowed inside at the time as the monastery is in a fragile condition.
Overnight at Kaza
Day 7 Kaza – Manali (200 Kms/ approx 10 – 11 hours)
Morning after breakfast, set for the long drive back to Manali. Upon arrival, check into hotel. Spend rest of the time at leisure and relaxing.

Day 8 Departure Manali
Morning after breakfast, transfer to the Bhuntar airport to board flight for onward destination.
